Easy to Change Blades Can opener blades and gears are consumable parts. After a period of high-frequency use, they wear out and need to be replaced regularly. All you need is a screwdriver, and it takes about 5 minutes to replace the components.
Prevent Gears from Turning You can remove the blade first, and then clamp the gear with a tool such as a screwdriver to prevent it from turning during removal.
Turn the Handle Counterclockwise After the gear is stuck, turn the handle counterclockwise until the handle assembly loosens from the gear. Continue to turn the handle until the handle assembly can be fully removed from the opener.
Turn Clockwise to Install After replacing the gear, insert the handle rod according to the original position, and then press down (press the inner spring). Continue turning the handle clockwise until the gear is fully screwed onto the assembly.
